Identified Adoption

Have you matched with a potential birth mom already? This is known as an identified adoption and we can help prepare you for each stage of the adoption process that is ahead. Once you contact our office, we can assist with the necessary paperwork, termination of parental rights, and finalization of the adoption. Following the finalization we can help you obtain an amended birth certificate and assist in applying for a one time state subsidy if applicable.
